Does anyone remember why Myspace died? First it was advertisements, but secondly it was getting stale. They didn't change anything until it was too late. If the world stop innovating, we would all be stuck with old things that bored us. If Facebook intends on staying on top (and they do) they have to keep things fresh. Some people argue that they are already behind Google+ feature-wise. So stop complaining every single time one thing is changed. Remember last time they changed everything and you complained that you had just gotten used to it? The same thing will happen here. You'll live. As my cousin said:

It's just annoying that they don't tell you what they changed and don't let you change it around for yourself
ReplyDeleteExcept for the fact that they do tell you. A little window pops up explaining the changes. And if they let you choose which one to use, they would need 2 sets of support pages, 2 sets of settings, and 2 sets of servers. Not cheap or easy.
ReplyDeleteSo? They have a lot of money anyways...to make their users happy is it that hard? I mean, Myspace let you have the choice to change to their new layout or not when it came out, why should Facebook force you? Anyways, it's not that bad of a new layout anyways, I just don't like the new stream on the side, it just seems useless a waste of room.
